Our offer to you

We offer a 2-year contract for a minimum commitment of monthly Landline to Mobile minutes.

How can we achieve this rate?

By introducing a bundle of calls on a fixed term contract, paid monthly in advance, the service copies the way that mobile carriers have charged clients for many years. As the tier one landline carrier has a committed spend and term from the client, they can commit to far lower rates than normally available.

The L2MC proposition

L2MC through our partners has reached agreements with a number of Tier 1 telecoms companies to offer an attractive, market-leading proposition that favours customers with high volumes of landline to mobile call traffic.

Calls from landlines to mobiles are around ten times more expensive than those to national numbers; around 60% of all business telephony cost is attributable to these types of calls. Historically, customers have purchased L2MC's Managed Landline to Mobile solution to address this specific problem. This alone has saved customers many millions of pounds compared to standard landline operators.

L2MC's new solution enables you to continue doing this, dramatically reducing your communications costs in a way which is simple to implement and integrate with your current telecommunications services.

By routing calls to mobiles via L2MC most organisations are able to save around 50% on the total cost of their landline to mobile call traffic compared to a typical landline supplier.

L2MC provides a fixed, carrier grade telephony service for outbound and inbound calls. Number ranges can be ported from other providers or new number ranges supplied.

L2MC will review current invoices and propose new rates to both landline and mobile numbers based on usage. We are able to offer a landline product to compete with a GSM gateway on price. The VBL F2M (fixed to mobile) rate will be less than the CPS or Direct Voice rates.

Whereas a GSM gateway will not allow a landline CLI (call line identity) to be shown, that is not a problem with VBL.

CPS FR (Carrier Pre Select - Forced Routing)

CPS (Carrier Pre Select) has been available for many years, combining cheaper outbound voice rates with ease of service delivery. As CPS is programmed at the exchanges, no engineer need visit any site. Our CPS has a service level of 99.999% and connection is immediate.

Forced routing adds another dimension to an already unbeatable service level. If for any reason the call cannot be completed using the first choice of tier 1 carrier, it is forced over a second tier one carrier. The two carriers used in this instance are Verizon and BT, so quality is assured.

In addition to an unbeatable service, we offer two other compelling reasons to use this service. Due to the MTR (mobile termination rate) coming down, unbeatable rates have been negotiated. An example is calls to UK mobiles at between 3.5ppm and 4.7ppm dependant on traffic levels. The rates we are now offering to call UK mobiles on a one month CPS FR contract are almost as good as GSM gateway rates, but without the hardware or commitment levels. Commitment is just one month, so there are no long contracts to sign.
